I have successfully managed large, critical, complex IT applications utilizing company and on and offshore vendor resources. My Project Management experience can translate to many different IT or Business applications. I have over 30 years of IT experience in the Insurance and Financial industries. The past 15 years I have been both Project Manager and IT Director managing company and vendor resources. I have managed large, critical Mainframe applications and have implemented new processes utilizing ITIL methodologies. I am experienced in analysis, programming, testing and implementation of corporate strategies. I have built new application systems utilizing vendor resources in both domestic and international locations.
