•Design, Documentation (AS IS & TO BE) & Presentation skills with tools like MS Office and Business Process Modelling tools like MS Visio, ARIS (Business Process Modelling tools) •Experience of identifying cost effective people, process and system recommendations to improve processes using different methodologies, tools and frameworks • Widespread business experience in a consulting role within areas like change management, process and performance (CT&RFT) improvement projects, ideally with an IT Infrastructure bias • Consulting experience which includes customer experience improvement/process improvements utilizing different methodologies • Experience of training, mentoring and coaching the resources for embracing the TO BE processes and activities ?
