FORMER INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST WITH DEUTSCHE BANK AND JP MORGAN CHASE - EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN STARTUP BUSINESS VALUATION As an I-Banking analyst at Deutsche Bank, I have extensive experience of working on Financial Modeling, Cashflow projection, DCF and LBO valuations, building models right from the scratch - including preparing the forecasts and making intelligent assumptions for the same. With exposure to the industry, I understand the nuances of how the DCF valuation works, and can help in identifying the key inputs that could drive a valuation favorably by running sensitivity analyses. As a Credit Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, I worked extensively on building financial models and credit review reports for corporate clients, to yield in-house credit ratings. I have dealt with building detailed financial models from companies' financial statements - and updating the same regularly. I am also experienced in Report writing and preparation of pitchbooks/presentation materials. I am a CFA Level 3 candidate. and have majored in Finance during my MBA at one the top B-schools. I am also very comfortable using Research tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, Datastream.
