As a Business Systems Analyst, I am responsible for analysing current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. I work closely with stakeholders, such as business managers, technical teams, and vendors, to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

My primary responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional and technical design documents, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet the needs of the business. I am also responsible for testing and validating new systems, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

Due to my work experience as a BA, I already have a deep understanding of both IT, Finance and Ecommerce businesses and technology. I am capable to think strategically and analytically, identifying the root cause of problems and proposing creative solutions. I have excellent communication skills, as I need to work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

I am currently enrolled in PhD - Computer Science. I have almost 1+ years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
