My work entails 2D design, which is known as surface modelling, or 3D design – called solid modelling.
I help make your ideas, projects and products come to life by inputting design specifications into a CAD software like SolidWorks, creating CAD models according to your specifications, whether they are 3D printing, lathe or mill work or other manufacturing methods, reviewing existing product blueprints if they exist, or reverse engineer existing products, modify them or make minor adjustments to the requested specifications, conducing final model rendering and delivering the final product.
As well as using the final products design to help prepare cost estimates of the project, produce assembly instructions for maintenance and installation
