• Product designer (CATIA V4 / V5 and NX) with thirteen years of professional experience in 3D modeling and 2D details in an automotive company; • Solid knowledge of CATIA V4, V5 and NX, solid and surface modeling, assemblies and drawing details and also about injection and blow molding tools, GD&T analysis, stack up tolerances for assemblies, FEA and CFD interpretation; • Great knowledge of development and design of injection and stamped parts like oil filter modules, fuel filter systems, air filter systems, air intake manifolds, cylinder head covers, oil mist separators, complete exhaust systems, mufflers, ressonators, manifolds ; • Development of alternatives softwares to assist and subserve engineering development process; • Large experience on SAP (key user), GD&T, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MS Project;
