I am a creative writer. I have written short stories, erotic fiction and writing for blogs. I have a passion for writing and can take on any task. I also have experience in writing letters and reports. I am able to write cover letters and writing of all kinds in relation to admin support. All of my previous work includes experience in admin support. I am very experienced in research on the internet. This has been an large part of my previous jobs in education and community work. I am very proficient in call handling. I have much experience in this. I have experience in asking questions over the telephone and dealing with professional agencies. In my previous work I spoke with various health and social care professionals and also members of the public, some of whom were in considerable distress. I can use Microsoft word well and have written various reports and proof read other peoples work. I have entered data on the computer in various work settings. I have researched and set up projects including mental health projects and events. I have a degree in health and social care and am a fluent English speaker. I can plan my own and other peoples diary and sometimes had to do this for 7 colleagues in a highly stressful social care setting. I organised a weekend conference about disability alongside another colleague. I am organised, enthusiastic and hard working.
