Ability to produce a set of residential construction drawings to include site plan, floor plan, elevations, wall sections, schedules, details, and foundation plan. Use commonly used material specifications, codes, standards and selection for residential construction. Computer skills Include: Revit, Auto Cad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Photoshop, BPA, Illustrator, Sketchup, Power Point.
