• Ongoing improvement and application of best practices to Citrix XenApp (6.5 – 7.16) and XenDesktop (7.5 – 7.16) environments. • Separation of multiple environments due to security controls. • Responsible for upgrades to all elements of environments (Storefront, Delivery Controllers, Provisioning servers, VDA software, etc) • Implementation, configuration and maintenance of Citrix App Layering to ease the roll-out and update of new applications. • Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of environment scaled for use with 16k employees. • Use of VMware Hypervisor, Nutanix HCI Hardware. • Investigation of and reduction of logon times, as well as other user experience issues using recommended Citrix best practices. • Documentation of environments, as well as tracking changes as they occur.
