Act as Engineer and managing procurement, cost and commercial activities. Ensure FIDIC type contracts, GMP contracts are drafted and changed to meet project requirements, negotiation and agree such condition with the tenderers. Meet construction budget using commercial skills and contract strategies. Preparation of EOT documents, contractual letters, evaluate cost, identify risk, advise Employer and assist project team in any contractual issues, review IPC, monthly cost reports, closing final accounts.
