He has assisted brokerages with many different projects and has worked on various systems. He made sure that the companies he worked at have the needed processes and procedures and/or documents in place, in order to comply with government regulations. Data entry was an ongoing part of every day, capturing clients correctly onto various systems and updating spreadsheets. Johann is capable of working effectively on his own or as part of a team. He is equally comfortable at managing projects from start to finish. He is proficient at mentoring and guiding his colleagues to obtain optimal efficiency during projects.
