Focus on clinical research area in pharmaceutical area: -To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the customer/clinical projects’ difficulties and help to resolve key issues encountered during project implementation/assist in monitoring project progression to ensure they can be completed on time. - To provide various types of training, including various skills on Chinese customer communication/internal cross-function communication skills, project management skills (China clinical trials), leadership skills etc. - To provide central laboratory testing consultation/China local testing consultation - To provide process optimization and improvement services. - To provide China regulatory consultation (including OHGRA/HGRAC) - To provide Phase I study consultation, including site selection/EC submission/PKPD testing etc.
