My working process looks like this:
1 - reading text
2 - drawing sketches (and discussing ideas with a client).
3 - drawing outlined drawing without color (detailed composition) and discussing it.
4 - adding colors (if needed) or drawing final black and white illustration.
5 - discussing and correcting some details.
