A place where they can easily track where they are with each sales lead they are pursuing so that your executive team has up to date information at all times. Installation and Training For installation and training teams, we can keep them apprised by providing them with the full customer information, sales orders, purchase orders, access to the DHR, and customer service records for each customer and device. Shipping and Logistics For your entire team, we can create and manage a location where your team can access shipping manifests. Manifests can be updated daily. Process Manual Second only to your product is your quality manual and related processes. We can create an easily accessible place for your team to review your quality manuals, forms, and training processes. This helps ensure that your team is not relying on old processes and forms resulting in fewer quality audit findings. We can also track training and send you reminders in time for your team to recertify on each needed process. Employee Training One of the key elements of any medical device quality process is ensuring that your team is trained on the active processes in your organization. We can create a page on your intranet, where you can see at a glance the last certification date for each team member. We can also create flags and alerts when training needs to be repeated.
