I had been in the BPO Industry for almost 8 years. I was a Customer Service Representative for a US-based Telecommunications company, I handled inbound calls from customers asking assistance regarding their bill. For another company, I was assigned to several campaigns which mainly requires cold/warm calling to potential customers. These outbound calls are for Lead Generation, Telemarketing or Appointment Setting. I was also a Virtual Assistant for a Singapore-based online shop.
