I earned my Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering at the Aerospace Research Institute in Tehran, Iran in September 2014. My thesis encompassed the application of miniaturized flexible obstacles in boundary layer control, with the aim of skin friction drag reduction. During this research, I applied Large Eddy Simulation (LES) to capture both small and large scale structures of the flow field. I utilized two way coupling of Fluid-Structure-Interaction (FSI) to consider impacts of the flexible body (FEM) in a turbulent boundary layer (CFD). In addition to my Masters studies, I worked in a knowledge based company in Tehran and focused on research and development of nano and bio sensor devices for two years. I worked almost two years in the department of design and manufacturing of OTEC in Tehran as a CFD and FEM expert. My tasks included the Siemens SGT600 Gas Turbine simulation using ANSYS where I solved gas turbine core engine include the Compressor, Combustion Chamber, and Turbine from CFD and FEM points of view. I simulated and extracted compressor, turbine and engine mapping with CAD group cooperation in order to respond to TSR and NCR documents. Furthermore, I investigated different parameter effects such as blades tip clearance, bleed valves, cooling etc. on the engine efficiency and power and optimized them. In addition, I conducted researching, guided and taught students in pursuit of their Masers and Bachelor theses, employing computational fluid dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Method (FEM), fluid structure interaction (FSI) and molecular dynamic (MD) methods. I also have experience working with ANSAY-CFX and ANSYS workbench for eight years. Therefore, utilizing these tools, C++ and OpenFoam, I am able to solve any decipherable CFD, FEM and FSI problems in micro and macro scales. I have a solid knowledge in the design modeler CAD software and Inventor Autodesk. In addition, I have a good working knowledge in Siemens NX and Solid Work CAD software. I have an adequate knowledge in programing C++ programing language. Furthermore, I have solid knowledge in Microsoft office and I am able to communicate in English, German and Persian. I have also published several papers (3 ISI, 2 Conferences, and a book in Persian).
