I am currently a high school English teacher with a B/S in Communications/Journalism. I also have an IT background and have worked as a Technology Facilitator at two award-winning technology schools in North Carolina from 2005-2015. I have experience troubleshooting a wide array of programs and computer issues, including network connectivity and wireless connection problems. I have 13 years of experience working directly with end users to resolve computer issues, and I have been told I have "the patience of a saint" when dealing with users who have negligible computer skills.
