Management of Contract life-cycle for energy and construction projects, from the bidding phase up to the closure or exit phase. Perform contract request or initiation, authoring, negotiation/redlining, obligation monitoring, renewals, amendments, and closing. The service may include Procurement, Change Order Management, Budget Management, and Asset Management. 

In the project development phase. I can make procurement and contract management of environmental, hydrology, topography, engineering, and all the necessary works for the development of the project.

In the execution phase. I can make from Contract Management and Procurement of major components to the turnkey EPC Procurement and Contract Management for the whole project duration.

During the Asset Management phase. I can make the O&M Contract Management and all asset management activities.
