Then probably you are in the right place. Currently, I am working with an innovative team that carries operation on a new business model and project management. We call every business model a ‘program’ and I am working with two of the programs directly- designed for Teachers and Kids. Also working with project implementation team of a one-year project. On the other hand, I was a Teacher and currently giving training to Elementary Teachers. I also have developed training modules for teachers. The modules mainly focus classroom leadership, classroom management, teaching-learning strategy, effective teaching and bringing creativity in the classroom. I also developed creative contents for elementary level kids that would develop their certain set of skills- creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, moral values and critical thinking. I have completed my BA and MA in International Relations from Jahangirnagar University, a reputed university in Bangladesh. I started my career as a Teach For Bangladesh Fellow based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and as a part of the fellowship, I did M.Ed from BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BIED) on Educational Leadership and School Improvement. From this experience, I develop professionally and grow as a leader. I learned how to work to achieve a result and how to measure the impact. This is all my skills and experiences so far.
