I am a copy editor at The Omaha World-Herald, so I am capable of editing a lot of copy in whatever time is allotted — without sacrificing quality. I have a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and am familiar with even the more obscure grammar and style rules. I am always on the lookout for dangling and misplaced modifiers and misused words. For example, "because" and "since" do not mean the same thing, and "every day" is two words when used as an adverb but one word ("everyday") when used as an adjective.
