Over the past many years, I've edited, copy edited and proofread documents for a variety of organizations where I was employed. My BA is in German, with 24 hours of Journalism courses at the University of New Mexico.I've freelanced articles on Swiss newspapers and German and Swiss space topics to such publications as "Editor and Publisher", "Lufthansa's Germany" and "Aerospace America".In addition, I've translated documents on wines, health, and air and space matters from German into English.I've also put out newsletters for the New Mexico Conservation Coordinating Council (now defunct), the New Mexico Dressage Society, science and technology publications for the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, DC, and the newsletter for a nonprofit literacy organization in Tucson, Arizona. I wrote and edited some general and technical information sheets on lighting for another nonprofit.My special interests are environment, public health and science.
