I have been a corporate paralegal and freelancer for more than 20 years

Born and educated originally in the UK, I worked both with attorney offices and independently in the US,  and with other jurisdictions such as the UK and offshore countries, and utilized my knowledge of all things corporate to good use. This includes the completion of corporate documents for corporations and LLC’s  , applications for EIN’s, drafting Operating Agreements, Agreements and contracts, for employment, transfers, drafting corporate documents and Minutes, payments of Annual fees, and other fees and pretty much everything from incorporation to dissolution
