▪ Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.

▪ Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.

▪ Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.

▪ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

▪ Update articles on Uber app which aim to assist riders, drivers, Eater & Couriers reach Uber support and

understand Uber policies.

▪ Create, review, edit, and publish content for the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East & Africa)

▪ Participate with Global & Quality teams to ensure that the content is accurate, readable, and in agreement with

editorial and graphical style guidelines and published within established deadlines.

Prepare project management plan to achieve outlined objectives and meet settled deadlines:

▪ Validate the Project Plan & Provide Project charter.

▪ Create Project schedule and assign tasks within the project team.

▪ Include an organized and structured stakeholder comms plan.

▪ Set up RACI matrix.

▪ Set a plan for the risk log.

▪ Monitor and control the outcome feedback and provide proper solutions.
