I am a self taught Entrepreneur and I specialise in many fields - creative writing, travel, personal self development, interior design and property. I have gained experience in all the above industries and am confident to take on any work related tasks for any employer. I am an excellent communicator with excellent listening skills, attention to detail, methodical, I can always work to strict deadlines and produce immpeccable work. I can liaise at all levels and have run my own lettings agency for 5 years. I am amazing at winning new business, gaining private landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers via cold calling and arranging meetings at the owners properties. I also have PA/Admin skills, together with data entry, telesales, diary management, word, excel and powerpoint. I am also excellent at negotiating skills and obtaining a win-win solution! I am a quick learner and have a natural talent for seeing where the business isn't working and for implementing new strategies. I am always keen to learn new strategies for marketing that can be used in any business.
