With a background in Sociology and History, and a Master's in Environmental Studies, my biggest strength is the variety of my experience: from current events and politics, to health and daily life; from large and small scale agriculture, to home gardening and compost; from education and childrearing, to economic, social, and environmental sustainability. I have experience writing blogs, writing web content, and writing grants. My blogs have been personal, communal, and commercial. I have written lesson plans and developed entire curriculums.I have worked in non-profits and in start-ups, as well as in informal education from pre-school through high school.The wealth of experiences I have gained over the years enables me to bring my skills and experience to the table while maintaining an open mind about new approaches and perspectives. My objective is to get people talking about core issues that will make our society a better place to live in.
