An Active Member of the Horror Writers Association, I have been working in the entertainment industry for the past six years, as both a writer and editor in the Los Angeles area. My latest screenplay, The Kult, a cop thriller, was purchased by Gharial Productions and is currently in post production. A horror screenplay, Low Man, is under consideration with two production companies, and a third is under option with the Syfy Channel. I have also written multiple published fiction novels, and several action screenplays. Three of my own novels have won national awards for best science fiction, horror, and fantasy, and nine books I have edited have also won literary awards. Prior to working in publishing and media, I was the Editor in Chief for one of the largest newspapers in the state of Hawaii. I have prior experience in political and inspirational editing, and worked as a GPS analyst for an environmental and archaeological recovery corporation for two years. I breath
