I am a graduate of Dowling College, where I completed an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management.I have spent many years in the healthcare industry in both clinical and administrative roles. I worked as an Account Specialist at Newport Credentialing Solutions where I played a very important role in enrolling providers into Medicaid,Medicare,and many payers for multiple hospitals in different states. I communicate daily both verbal and written communication with providers,hospital administration, and health insurance companies in order to complete the process of credentialing. I understand the importance of keeping a great client relationship. I also have the task of tracking and reporting to my management team. As a Priority Care coordinator/Project Coordinator I worked in utilization management and also developed my project management skills assisting the project manager with reporting progress in projects and programs.
