Criminal Trial is a process adopted by the Courts in India to render Criminal Justice. There are various types of Trials in Criminal Justice, such as summary proceedings; summons trial; warrant trial & sessions trial. These trials determine guilt or innocence of an accused person. Criminal Trial is an art. The only way to master this art is by conducting Trials. Conducting Criminal Trial requires lot of dedication and thorough knowledge of the case and the procedure laid thereby. However, as an advocate I cannot solicit any person/s to take my service for Criminal Trial.
