Accomplishing call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, APPRAISING, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. ? Meeting call center financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. ? Developing & negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. ? Participating in all internal meetings regarding new potential clients, preparing presentations, proposals and suggesting new solutions to clients for better service quality. ? Daily performances reviews, making sure of SLA, KPI, Quality achievements. Building policies and procedures for ongoing operations to improve clients / customer satisfaction. ? Preparing financial proposals, Technical proposals for clients, RFP, cross solutions to clients, resource planning for ongoing or potential new projects. ? Daily interaction with IT, Sales, Social Media team, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Projects Management and business development team in order to improve the service & specify problems and solving them to achieve business goals.
