I have more than six years of call center experience in the customer service industry. I've also been working as freelance email support for an e-commerce company for more than 2 years now. 

I was trained by two of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. Trained to manage customer’s account, billing, and network issues, device order, and tracking concerns through calls and live chats, troubleshoot basic technical concerns with services, devices, internet, and create escalation tickets, dispatch field technicians and do outbound calls to monitor and ensure that customer’s issue has been resolved.
