I will code a complete Wordpress theme. If you don't have a design, I can also design the theme, and present you with a wireframe of the layout before coding. -- The theme will be SEO friendly. The content would be easily visible to Google, with proper Schema. Important text will be properly emphasized. And, many other optimizations... -- I also guarantee legibility of code, for easy future edits. The code would be so clear that if need be then small edits can be made even by the client. -- I will install speed enhancing plugins, optimize the website and make other speed enhancements, for best response times. There would be no useless Javascript/CSS.
