I am a reliable hardworking individual who has more than 5 years of experience in Customer Service. My experience as a customer service representative helped me improve my skills in communicating with clients over the phone and via email and familiarize in Google drive, Google Sheet, and Microsoft Office and I'm still eager to learn any new tools that can get the job well.
