We provide customer support to end users, resellers, and distributors relating to support contract renewals with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers' products and services. We are not only responsible for effectively executing the commercial contract renewal transaction, but are also starting to play a role in proactively driving adoption with their larger customers.
