I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing field for 5 years. My specialization involves customer service and technical support. I'm currently handling a team of 18 agents and ensure that each and everyone of them achieve/pass the key performance indicators by clients every month. I multitask to be more efficient with my work. I'm also knowledgeable with MS Word and MS Excel. I may not have enough experience when it comes to online profession but I'm a fast learner.
