Hi . I've been customer service representative for almost 2 years I know how to use the MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) I can type 40 wpm and also flexible to handle many tools. I can do inbound and outbound calls or whatever task given. I can handle irate customer and very detailed person when it comes to the product I like to memorize rules or do's & dont's As of now, I'm looking for a part time since I'm still working for a bpo company
