I have been working as a Customer Service Representative in a bank for 11 years now. I am responsible in opening of new deposit accounts, and also responsible in catering all complaints and requests from clients.
Aside from being the CSR , I am also the bookkeeper of the bank. As a bookkeeper, I am responsible in recording, balancing and doing financial reports of the entity.
With my work experience, it really improved my multitasking ability.
