My name is Nicole but most of my friends call me "Nix" and you can call me that too! Typically, I charge 5-6 dollars per hour for my skills. But if you have a better offer, that would be awesome! I have experience in the customer service industry for 2 years. I've handled several accounts such as Retail, Email, Fraud Analyst, Back Office, and E-commerce. 

Alongside, I also work as a Lead Generation Specialist for quite some time now and I mainly use traditional tools such as; Facebook, Marketplace, Instagram, and Google to scrape data of our future leads. 

I have an experience in editing as well as managing social media accounts. I am in the process of mastering adobe photoshop to enhance my skills.

I'm actually the type of person who enjoys learning new things and speaking with different people. I enjoy knowing their personality and their culture.
