Through my work-related experience, I have gained pleasant communication skills, face-to-face and over-the phone conversation proficiency, and mostly enjoy interacting and solving customers queries'. I have recently worked in Dnata - Emirates Group as a Customer Service Agent, on which I handle passengers in different flights from check-in, reservations and boarding. And from 6 months of joining the company I was assigned to be a Premium Special Services Agent, where I also honed my skills in terms of face-to-face customer service while handling flights for British Airways, Adept at Check-in, VIP Passenger Handling and Flight Procedures. The experience provided me with a well-rounded skill set in Time management, Communication, and Excellent Customer Service to our Premium Passengers and Regular Passengers alike. I worked also as Customer Service Representative at Capital One Financial and HSBC, I spent my years in their areas like Credit Card Applications, Customer Care for USA Clients, and Fraudulent Accounts thus, improving my problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skill, team collaboration, and my phone etiquette. I've also received Credit Analyst training by our Hongkong-based Credit and Card Verification Experts, increasing our extensive knowledge to the industry of Credit Card, Accounts and Banking.
