Customer Service Representative, deals not just only by assessing what's the needs to be done but also engaged to customer's situation. Being CSR is not just only with one phase but deals with everything regardless if its billing, technical support, and further concern. For me as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) I can reflect somehow the customer's issue, not just because I dealt with social service/work before but for me as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the most unique role that deals with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE.
