I already have an experience both Customer service and telemarketing for inbound and outbound calling for more than a year. I can say that I can be a big asset because I was one of the top earner when I was still working in a BPO company here in the Philippines. I love and enjoy talking to people and I really love what I do. I am really hardworking, passionate, driven, aggressive and I value every job opportunity that comes my way. I can see my self becoming a true expert and master at my role in this kind of position. I plan to really immerse my self, understand areas that can be improved on, really get to know the ins and outs of the business and look for the opportunities to make the team as efficient as possible.
