Experience in various computer software. Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Powerpoint. Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketchup. Experience with some graphic design work. Several years experience in social media marketing. Experience was gained from my own personal art business. Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager including creating catalogs, creating and launching Facebook ads, managing a business page, using giveaways and other marketing startegies through a visual format, and various other tools of Facebook Business Manager. Working knowledge of Instagram business tools as well as linking Facebook Business Manager to Instagram to create a virtual shopping experience. Several years experience with growing social media accounts through use of planned marketing strategies. Several years experience in customer service and assistance both online and in person. Licensed real estate professional in the state of Florida. Can provide any type of service relates to a real estate sales associate. Several months experience working with customer interaction and sales. Experience with leasing and management of property. Working knowledge of real estate law. Several years experience in the arts. Working knowledge of design both with studio art and graphic design. Basic skills in graphic design, ie: logo creation, website building, etc. Experience in website design for my own company. Working knowledge of designing a visually asthetic website from a template. Some knowledge on designing an app from a template. Several years experience working from home on a personal schedule. Proficient at meeting deadlines and following through with the daily workload. Basic administration skills. Comfortable with making phone calls and interacting with clients.
