  2. Making calls for feedback from customers about E-commerce performance
  3. Response to the incoming queries receives on Official emails of the organization.
  4. Assists customers via incoming calls, voicemails, emails, and web inquiries regarding order placement, shipping of order, and website navigation.
  5. Works collaboratively with Customer Service team as well as other members of the E-Commerce.
  6. Communicates a clear and thorough understanding of the organization’s products, offerings, and policies.
  7. Routes inquiries to the appropriate channel of organization for assistance.
  8. Keeps clear and meticulous records of customer interactions through the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool.
  9. Collaborates with multiple program teams to stay informed of all new and ongoing developments and projects.
  10. Supports lead CRM by being the voice of the customer to inform the growth process and product roadmap.
  11. Solve the customer queries through GORGIAS and FRESHDESK Software from different platforms like Email, Chats, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger etc.
