Customer service representative providing support via phone, live chat and email. This could be for processing customer orders and/or providing them with product information, billing/shipping information, any other pertinent information they may need. Also able to provide basic troubleshooting support for level 1 technical issues -- PC, Internet, Android device. Very willing to learn more as necessary.
