I work as a Technical Support Specialist for Harte Hanks under the account of Samsung for almost a year. I also work before as a part-time office assistant at a small company near at my place. I've experienced a lot when it comes to supporting customer service especially when I work for Telus International Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. I was originally a chat support representative but then I was crossed-trained to be a universal agent. Also I loved reading books, writing essays during my spare time and surfing the internet.
