A total of almost of decade in the BPO industry started in 2011 up until now. I handled different roles all through my years in the business and obtained my expertise and my proficiency in the English Language. Part of the roles I had handled is email support and phone support. I am well versed in those two and I'm well confident with my level of communication skills. Apart from this experience in this line, I have an inner creative spirit so I can work for logo, photography and graphic design. I design my own business logo and projects that are not on operation for sometimes.
