I worked with Instacart and have a good amount of experience with Zendesk. I handle email support and occasionally chat support depends on the queue, and also assist other agents for proper resolutions. I also have a good amount of experience using the Shopify store's customer support. So far, I have worked with 7 different Shopify stores including fitne.co.uk, bandsen.co.uk, homespin.co.uk, homebikes.co.uk, woppets.co.uk, neonlooks.com, etc I used to work for a guy who runs dropshipping stores, I have a good amount of experience in using Shopify stores to retrieve the data. I also have experience in adding products from Aliexpress, writing product descriptions, etc. I can also set up a whole complete Shopify store for any product.
