Luiz is qualified for any experience on Power BI models. His background level as a System Analyst has being built since 1976. He has worked in 1976-1986 at the FEDERAL SERVICE DATA PROCESSING (SERPRO is the largest Information Technology company providing services for the public sector in the world). He has been operating on his on company in the culture and information technology sector since 1994.  Developed in 1994-1995, the VILLA-INFO System — SYSTEM FOR DIGITALIZATION OF THE VILLA-LOBOS MUSEUM. He published multimedia CD-ROMs, such as classical music by VIDA & OBRA DE HEITOR VILLA-LOBOS (1995) and by ERNESTO NAZARETH, REI DO CHORO (1996). Since 2006, he has been a consultant and partner with FILE RIO – INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF ELECTRONIC LANGUAGE and with INSTITUTO ONDAZUL (directed by Gilberto Gil). Participated in the project ENSINO_ARTE_REDE of the Núcleo de Arte Tecnologia (Art Technology Center) at EAV (2007 to 2009). Between 2008 and 2010, he coordinated, produced and directed the CABARÉ CARUSO project with cartoonist CHICO CARUSO and 25 cast artists. In 2010, he carried out a contemporary experimental electronic music project ITINERÁRIO DO SAL with Portuguese group MISO ENSEMBLE. In 2014, he provided consultancy and advisory services to the Brazil-Japan Cultural Institute, the Consulate of Japan and other institutions. Since 2018, he has coordinated the project for internet "Um Café Lá em Casa" with a Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channel with more than 287,000 followers and 31 million likes.
