- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - Fixing coding errors and other data-related problems. - Mining data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems. - Using statistical tools to interpret data sets. - Reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read. - Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process. - Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
