The best result for any project assigned to me, that is my main goal as a freelancer. I was part of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and/or Call Center (CC) industry for more than ten (10) years. I have held posts ranging from entry level up to a managerial position. I was part of a team, managed a team and handled multiple teams. Due to my extensive work background aside from working in the BPO industry, I can an admin support and back office specialist as long as it is within my field of expertise. I am adept in data management (gathering, collation, computation, analysis, interpretation, to name a few). I can use tools provided by the project or MS Excel, as needed.
