Below you can see a general guideline which I like to follow while running data analysis projects is to define the general steps and engage the business as well to align and ensure expectations are met.
- Gathering data from multiple sources could be different formats (csv, json)
- Defining with business the required output tables
- Define business marts and KPIs
- Build visualisations for analysis
